Dear Readers,

Welcome to the third issue of 2018 of the quarterly newsletter of AIIMS Bhubaneswar, the Dhauli. In this quarter we ushered the new batch of MBBS, Nursing, Paramedical and Post graduate students, celebrated the Institute foundation day, Institute Annual Day and Independence days with great enthusiasm; but the cherry on the cake was the first Institute Convocation which was meticulously planned and organised, where the first batch of fifty MBBS students received their honors.

The MoU with NTPC for the state of the art Burns Unit in our Institute was also an important milestone for our Institute.

We also mourned the great loss of Shri Atal Behari Bajpayee ji, who had established the foundation of this Institute back in 2003.

This issue also showcases the several accolades won by the faculty of this institute.

The faculty and staff with the dynamic leadership of our Director are leaving no stone unturned in improving campus safety and making the AIIMS Bhubaneswar Hospital more patient friendly place.

Together we can……..
