Criteria for the “Simple the Best” Pin

For every educational award completed.

For every member who brought in a new/lapsed

member.

For the 7 Club’s Executive Committee Members

attending the Main TLI.

For every new club’s sponsor and mentor.

For everyone who is deemed to have contributed

towards the success the District.

For every Senior District Officer, Special

Appointment, Division Governor, Area Governor and

Division Council Member.

Strategies For Success

Encourage and motivate members to

achieve their educational awards early.

Concentrate on club rescue/building and

membership growth.

Clubs to concentrate on the Distinguished

Club Programme to guide them to success

From the member’s perspective

We have benefited much from Toastmasters.

Its is a noble act to share the benefits of

Toastmasters with our family, friends and colleagues.

Bring them to your next Toastmasters meeting.

Encourage them to join in the same way you were

once encouraged.

Participate in the International President’s Campaign,

1 Member gets 1 New Member.

Club Rescue/Building

Evaluate the weak clubs in your Division. See the

possibility of rescuing weak clubs, especially

those with fewer than 10 members.

Based on the evaluation, decide whether to close

a club. However, for every club closed, aim to

charter a replacement.

Use club rescue plan to rescue weak club with

potential.

Membership Growth

Encourage and motivate:

every club to pay due attention to its Moments of Truth to attract new members.

every club to get more than 8 members during the term.

every club to get in touch with their lapsed members to encourage them to renew their memberships.

every club to hold a membership drive.

every member so use word-of-mouth advertisement to promote Toastmasters

Difficult, But Not Impossible!

32 Areas in the District.

If each Area concentrates on chartering 1

club, there will be 32 new clubs in the

District by 30 June 2013

7 Divisions in the District

If each Division concentrates on chartering

3 clubs, there will be 21 new clubs in the

District by 30 June 2013

Rewards and Recognitions

“Simply the Best” Pins for all educational achievers and those who bring members to their clubs.

The club which brings in the most new members.

A clubs which gets a net of 8 members (Base + 8).

The First Club, Area, Division to achieve President’s Distinguished.

Every club which achieves President’s Distinguished by 30 April 2013.

A clubs which sponsors one new club will receive a set of the Advanced Manuals.
