ABOUT US:

We are the principal manufacturers and service providers of a wide range of dewatering

systems. Satyam Dewatering Systems is one of the leading Construction Dewatering

companies in India. It is a pioneer in the arena of Well Point and Open De-watering Systems.

SDS principal business operation is Well Point Dewatering system in the construction

market, which includes supply, Installation, operation, removal and abandonment of the

dewatering equipment in order to make dewatering easier.

WELL POINT DEWATERING SYSTEMS:

We use the Well Point System which is an advanced system that is far superior to the old steel

system. It is highly efficient and has a successful track record as the most satisfactory method

of eliminating problem of sub-surface water from construction sites besides lowering the on-site

water table to a grade below the level of proposed excavation.

The Well Point System offers a wide range of pumps to cater to different applications in

standard sizes of 4" (110 mm) through 10" (250 mm) suction. Custom-built pumps are available

on order. They are designed for discharges ranging from 30 to 200 Lt/sec. All of them come with

either a diesel engine or electrical motor drive with skid mounting or wheeled trailer chassis as

needed. Standard units come with a high capacity vacuum system which can be used with

either oil lubricated oil cooled or water lubricated water cooled. The vacuum pumps can pump

1.5 to 2.0 mm of free air.

Well Point system consists of a number of Well Points spaced along a trench or around an

excavation site, all connected to a common header, which is attached to one or more Well Point

pumps.

Well Point systems are most suitable in shallow aquifers where the water level needs to be

lowered not more than 15 or 20 feet. Due to the vacuum limitation of the pump, excavations that

are deeper will require multiple stages of Well Point systems.

Sale of Dewatering Pumps and equipments:

Pumps are available in standard sizes from 4" (100mm) to 10" (250mm).

Dewatering Service on Hiring Basis.

buying dewatering machinery that will be of no use till next requirement comes after the

project. The size and use of our products varies as per the project. Our engineers acquire

knowledge of the project and help in selecting the right kind of equipment accordingly.

In case of any on-site trouble, Satyam Dewatering Systems provides instant technical

attention as a part of our value added services. We provide our own engineers for close

monitoring of the equipment and processes. Our products are extremely durable for long

life and are light weight for ease of handling. We design the system in the manner so that

they can be easily transported to distant places after being utilized. All the components are

designed to slip together easily during installation and the ultimate removal. The

components and piping are available in both PVC and Steel

Pre Bid Association for Big Projects.

designing, drilling, supply and installation of the systems together with all associated

appurtenances. The entire system is fabricated by our team of experts, who make use of in-

house manufactured components & parts and later assemble them at the client’s site. Not

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
