Applications

• Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is air cleaning equipment to supply purified air to the clean

room for manufacturing photo-electronics, semi-conductor, liquid crystal, etc.

• The installation space is the system ceiling grid.

• For a large clean room, the number of required FFU is from several hundreds to

several thousands.

• We developed DEVISER Fan Filter Unit（FFU）basing upon the concepts

including, to reduce running cost by saving energy, and to reduce initial cost by

total design of clean room; such as noise specifications etc., to meet all the

requirements for constructing, operating, and maintaining clean rooms.

• Custom thin & Mini type of Fan Filter Unit is available for your requirements.

Advantages of clean room with Fan Filter Unit method

• The degree of cleanliness from class 1 up to 100,000 can be set and it can be set at

individual area.

• Because the back in the ceiling is a low-pressure area, the potential of the leakage

is extremely low.

• Bay method or through the wall method is possible by the arrangement of layout

of FFU.

• The volume of the air flow can be set at each area.

Air Shower

Application

• Air Shower is an airborne pollutants barrier between clean room and the worker's

gowning area and prevents accidental contamination due to the unwanted or

improper opening of the doors.

• Air Shower Room can effectively remove the surface lint and particulates on the

workers and their garments and completely drives them down to the breeze air

circulating filtration system.

• They are available in a very wide variety of sizes and shapes, such as using a

combination of straight, right or left angle, and U shapes, to provide a cleaning

system to meet your specific application requirements.

Features

• Main body construction: heavy gauge Steel Plate with powder coating, and with

stainless steel floor to minimize particle generation.

• Mechanical or electrical interlock : help prevent premature or mistaken opening

of the pressure-sealed doors.

• An Emergency Stop push button: will override the operating cycle to release the

door locks immediately.

• A power failure safety function: the door locks will open automatically, while

power is fail accidentally, to protect workers from dangers.

• Interior fluorescent lamp and flush windows: for best visibility and safety.

positive pressure.

• Damper can automatically discharges any sudden surge of incoming gas and

protecting against accidental negative pressure by functioning as a check valve.

Clean Chemical Draft


• Clean Chemical Draft draws fumes away from he worker and into a carbon or

chemical pre-filter, and then to the HEPA or ULPA filter preventing the

accumulation of the release of chemical residual fumes. Such system guarantees a

total safety in any circumstances of use.

• With a built-in laminar flow, protection of the handling of chemical matters, such

as toxic disinfectants, is greatly improved particularly in relationship with human

• An audible and visual alarm is used to monitor the ventilation system, while the
