Description: This facility provides 600,000 SF of new construction including 23 new swing gates for Continental Airlines. The new terminal is a three level, dual pier arrangement which provides independent operations at each gate position.

Description: DFW International Airport developed a new 2 Million SF terminal to house all international operations. The terminal includes: Two Ticketing Halls, Concourses, Concession Areas, A Customs Hall, Bag Claim Areas, Airline Clubs, Automated People Mover Stations, and an Integrated 300-Room Hotel.

MAYNARD H. JACKSON INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL

Description: The new terminal will provide supplemental international passenger processing capability through a 16-gate international terminal served by a new landside terminal roadway system and garage. It will connect with the existing terminal and concourses by way of a people-mover extension and multiple passenger walkways.

Description: This facility provides 1.25 million new SF to China’s Changsha Airport. The terminal expansion includes: 6 additional international and 22 domestic gates with ticketing, bag claim and international passenger processing capacity.

LOVE FIELD TERMINALMODERNIZATION PROGRAM

Description: The project includes the replacement of the 3 existing concourses with one single new concourse, constructed in a phased manner to preserve active gate count. The existing Terminal building and bag claim hall will be heavily renovated, and the ticketing wing will be replaced. The final Terminal configuration will include approximately 750,000 SF and will accommodate 20 narrow body gates.

DELTA AIR LINES ATO RENOVATIONHARSTFIELD-JACKSON

Description: A new, open plan for the ticketing hall and ATO support offices improves intuitive way finding and also creates room for ticket queuing. The new layout increases exposure to concessions and improves passenger flow through three additional security checkpoint lanes.

DFW AIRPORT CONSOLIDATED RENTAL CAR FACILITY

Description: To accommodate the rapid growth of rental companies, the new facility was designed to house 11 companies, with planned expansion on the ground level. The new 24-hour facility includes a two-story, 1.4 M SF parking structure which accommodates 5,000 cars and a 16,000 SF six bay bus maintenance facility. Also there are 11 exclusive use service facilities independent of the main building where each of the rental car companies wash and prepare their vehicles, and perform light maintenance.

AMERICAN AIRLINES AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE HANGAR

Description: This C-Check Maintenance Hangar built at Alliance Field totals 780,000 SF and is the largest cantilevered hangar in the world. It is capable of simultaneously servicing seven aircraft. Combinations include Boeing 767 and 757, Airbus A300, and McDonnell Douglas MD-11 airframes. The hangar has a 260 foot, clear-span cantilever structure free of interior columns and is designed to accommodate the addition of three future bays.
