• Lancashire Care Foundation Trust - trust wide MECC training
• Early pilot sites includes pulmonary rehabilitation team -
multidisciplinary team – physiotherapist, occupational therapist,
nursing staff.
• Results from focus group indicate a positive experience,
supported more health chats by the team – especially around
alcohol use in older patients.
• Has raised staff confidence and competence in raising the issue
