A. Project -- like to see programs, ministries, or events through from start to finish – planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of a project.

B. Work -- like to do hands-on tasks, without having to bother with the preplanning and organizing -- want to be active on the front line.

C. Process -- enjoy doing the brain-work around the table with pen, paper, and planning -- hand tasks off to those who prefer work tasks.

D. Fellowship -- come together for community and common purpose. Work is secondary to the sense of connection and shared experience.
