Guidelines for using Clamps –

Clamp Ends should be pushed in as close to the belt as possible.

It is not necessary to over tighten the JACK SCREWS as 9 CN/M is approximately 4 tonne force on the screw.

WLL (Work Load Limit) limits apply for each lug when appropriate chains and slings are used on the pulling lugs provided.

When clamps are butted up against stops or structure the supports should be no more than 30mm from each edge of the belt.

The handle has a threaded screw nut for easy removal.
