I work on making Project Proposals related to Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP), Liquid or Gas Metering

System, Truck Loading Station, Electrical and Instrumentation, Control System (DCS), Flare System, Fire and

Gas (FGS) System and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) for Oil and Gas / Process Automation industries.

Documentation including:

Project Proposals (Commercial + Technical) Material Requisition (MR) documents Determining IO count and Instrument Index for PLC, ESD and F&G systems from P&IDs. IO allocation, Module allocation, Process segregation for IO allocation. Technical review and feasibility study of tender specifications for PLC, ESD and F&G systems. Immense ability to develop 2D CAD engineering drawings like General Arrangement (GA) Drawings,

Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Logic Diagrams (WHCP), Control Architecture and Layouts of Hazardous Areas etc.

Final Year Project: PLC based Color Mixing and Automatic Bottles Filling Plant – June 2014

Description:

The main objective of the project is to design a prototype that makes possible of color mixing using RYB color model taking desired input color from user. Solenoid valves are used to control the flow of liquid and auto-conveyor mechanism is used for passing and filling the bottles with the help of proximity IR sensors and solenoid valve.
