Woodsie OverlookOur most requested site is perched high above the ranch with picture perfect views of the spectacular Continental Divide and overlooks the serene waters of Willow Creek Reservoir. *Not available in the winter

Majestic PondA beautiful green lawn nestled next to the ranch pond is surrounded by thousands of acres of meadows with rolling mountain backdrops.

Main LodgeThis historic and inviting log stacked lodge was built on site with timber from the hillside above and is one of the most cherished and charismatic buildings on property.

Hay MeadowSprawling fields blanketed in snow are the perfect venue for a traditional ranch wedding where you can arrive in a horse-drawn sleigh.

Site Inclusions: Ceremony site fees include pine beetle benches, C Lazy U arch or chuppa, set-up and tear-down, transportation to and from the site and cocktail hour reception after the ceremony (as requested).

Hay Barn Our newly renovated Hay Barn has quickly become our most requested site for a reception as it represents the quintessential western ranch atmosphere. This site includes antler chandeliers, decorative barn style string lighting, fabric draping on both entrances, lofted lounge area, dance floor, 2 bars, tables, linens, dinnerware and Chiavari style chairs, service sta� and bu�et style dinner service.

Main LodgeThe historic main lodge o�ers an intimate saloon style bar, ideal for pre-dinner cocktails and, upstairs the formal log dining room is suitable for dinner. Includes tables and Chiavari chairs, linens, service sta�, dinnerware and bu�et style dinner service.

Patio HousePoolside deck with plenty of seating indoors or outdoors, multiple firepits for after dinner bonfires, areas for lawn games, game room, indoor dance floor, and ice cream parlor. Includes picnic tables, fire pit and outdoor fireplace, BBQ style dinnerware, linens, service sta� and bu�et dinner service.

One of the wonderful things about having your wedding at the C Lazy U is that all weddings have exclusive use of the ranch.

In order to provide exclusivity wedding parties are asked to guarantee a minimum number of on-ranch guests for at least 2 nights of their wedding weekend; this is called a lodging commitment. The lodging commitment

fluctuates from season to season, and only if the number of on-ranch guests falls short of the lodging commitment would you be required to pay the shortfall.

O�site guests will be charged $125 per guest per day. The ranch limits o�site guests to 10 in total each day. O�site guests are only allowed to attend the

rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. The wedding party is responsible for the payment of these guests.

Bar Program

Beer: The beer selection at the Ranch is made up of some of the finest, hand crafted, local brews that Colorado has to o�er. We maintain an excellent balance by also providing some more familiar domestic and international beer options, and can o�er bottle or draft service.

Liquor: In addition to common bar o�erings, C Lazy U may develop house infused liquors, or signature cocktails drinks that will compliment your food selections, or event theme. We have the ability to source many di�erent varieties of liquor to best suit your needs.

Wine Service: C Lazy U’s Sommelier prides herself on bringing some of the finest wines in the world to our corner of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. From some of the largest vineyards in the country to much smaller and more heavily allocated vineyards, we work with a vast array of purveyors to provide a selection that is sure to satisfy. These relationships enable us to locate your personal selections and provide you and your guests as many options as possible.

Bar Packages: Like everything at the C Lazy U Ranch even your bar package is customizable. From simple pairings to custom cocktails, to an extensive array of the finest craft beers on draught for the most discerning palates, the choices are endless!

The C Lazy U observes Colorado State Liquor Law, which prohibits the sale or service of alcohol from a source other than our own vendors.

Can I subsidize my guests’ nightly rates?

C Lazy U Ranch Wedding Q&A:

Of course! We are happy to work with you to customize your guests’ rates in whatever way you feel most comfortable! Most weddings typically set a nightly rate for guests to pay between $175 to $265 per guest per night and the wedding party covers the di�erence, if any.

Yes, we do require that all guests stay on-ranch. Special exceptions to o�site guests may be made and are limited (see page 5 for details). The ranch does not allow guests staying o�site to participate in meals or activities outside of the wedding rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.

The ranch can accommodate between 50 to 90 guests on-ranch, depending on how your guests are arranged in our cabins.
