Transport: Getting to Otehei Bay on Urupukapuka Island is easy with departures available from Paihia and Russell (Waitangi in special circumstances) on the Explore ferry. On board, there is a fully licensed bar, and your guests will experience superior comfort and stunning scenery on their journey.

Privacy: Otehei Bay is a year round destination offering an open ferry service every day in the summer (Dec –Apr) and charter hire is available in Winter (May –Nov). There are tourist vessels that disembark for 1.5hrs twice a day in summer and once a day in winter. While we do our upmost to ensure your celebration is as private as possible, sometimes there are factors outside of our control that mean this is not possible.

Pricing: Prices listed exclude GST and are applicable from 1st of Dec 2019 –30th April 2020. This excludes the peak period of 25th Dec 2019 –8th Jan 2020. Prices listed are based on a minimum of 60 guests and may vary.

Dining & beverage options: There is a fully licenced restaurant and bar on site. We will work with you to provide onsite catering over summer and can work with an approved offsite caterer over winter.

Wedding services: We will work with you to coordinate your wedding function, providing support and assistance so you can relax and enjoy your day.

There are indoor and outdoor spaces available, capacity is up to 120 guests for a banquet style or up to 200 for a cocktail function.

Your reservation includes return ferry transport from Paihia/Russell and BBQ catering. There is a fully licensed bar and cafe onsite should guests wish to order additional food on the day.
