This is an urban residential resort of low-rise garden townhouses and luxe high-rise apartments embraced by lush landscaping. Taller 10-storey buildings are located to the east maximising forest and district views, eight-storey buildings are located at the front of the site, and townhouses are located centrally to optimise views and natural light.

The design has created a range of residential offerings that are larger and of higher quality than comparable local developments, while still meeting the developer’s yield requirements. The distinctive design is expected to have a strong appeal for the local market.
