You can clean out the very tiny holes in the needles ifthey are plug using the tool supplied. This tool has avery fine wire that will go down into the holes.

Pour some hot chemical into the soaking tray andplace the printhead face down into the hot chemical.Fill the syringe half way with the hot chemical andpush the hose over the needle that is clogged. Putsome paper towel around the hose so if the hose popsoff it will not spray the chemical all over you and thework place. Go slowly pushing down and then pullingup on the plunger. This will help break the clog. Oncethe clog is broken you can feel the chemical going intothe printhead

Hold the printhead over some paper towels and seethe spray coming out of the printhead. You may wantto clean all the nozzles at this time.

Now reverse the order and put the printhead back intothe printer.

The printhead chemical should be heated to near the boiling point. Be carful not to burn your self.
