2. The Training board shall be guided by ref s (a) and (b) in the execution of their duties. TheTraining Board shall prepare the Unit Training Plan, supervise and control training. Manage theunit Training Plan by scheduling drills exercises departmental training periods, professionaldevelopment and schedules for accomplishing general military training.
3. This designation shall remain in effect while you are assigned to this unit, unless revoked byhigher authority or myself.

1. In accordance with references (a) and (b), you are hereby designated as the Assistant TrainingPetty Officer for CG STA FAIRPORT.
2. Your Duties and responsibilities as outlined in the above references are to ensure rdepartmental training and PQS/JQR programs are established and implemented. Monitorqualification programs and ensure documentation is appropriate, implement and monitorrecurrent training. Assign or act as instructor for each training period. Advise the TrainingOfficer or OIC of training progress and deficiencies, and ensure the accuracy and currency ofindividuals training records for assigned personnel.
3. This designation shall remain in effect while yollare assigned to this unit, unless it isrescinded by and appropriate authority.
