• The buildings live load and dead load is calculated from the type of material used and the dimensions
• Dimensions of slab, beams, column, footing of a residential building are verified for compliance to Indian Code

ERRORS & MISTAKES
• Error caused in assigning the dimensions to the particulars
• Beams were not intersected properly which leads to error in calculation
• Not intersecting the slabs.• Assigning live load in wrong directions.• Worksheet assigning errors.• Assuming wrong standard values in calculations.

• The resistance to the live load and dead load is verified for beams,columns,and slabs of the building.
• The results were compared to the actual plan and the safety criteria is checked.
