innovative marketing campaign…..

Overview: In our Design Team Challenge groups will compete in a pitch to win business based on an actual company brief. They will have to create marketing materials from scratch and at the end of the session teams will need to present their marketing strategy, mock ups, strap lines, mission statements, designs and products to the panel of judges. How it works: Each team represents a design agency who has been asked to pitch a new marketing strategy for a particular project and customer. Teams must consider budget, target market, unique selling point and all design elements.

The Objectives

To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual tasks.

To build trust between people that work together. To demonstrate issues related to team dynamics, problem solving, time management

Results: At the end of the session each team will present their marketing strategy to the judges. This is a very enlightening and fun session, which has actually resulted in new marketing ideas being created and considered for future company strategies. What Is Included: Firebird instructors, team prizes, team kits, retail point of sale for in store promotions, design and art materials, recruitment brochure, company sales

literature and corporate image. 1 – 4 Hour Activity
