Belo Horizonte, Brazil, being one of the fastest growing cities of the country, has received plenty of tourists in the past years, which has caused severe congestion in the city’s roads. This has become a big problem, since the existent roads and transportation methods doesn’t satisfy the needs of the people. It is extremely necessary to find a optimal solution for this problem, before it grows bigger.
BELO HORIZONTE
Belo horizonte is a metropolitan city, which is located in the southeastern region of brazil. It is the third largest metropolitan city in the country. Belo Horizonte has a territorial area of 330 km^2, with a population of 2,375,44 habitants. Compared with Monterrey city, which has a territorial area of 451km^2 with a population of 1,135,512 habitants, Belo horizonte is a city with a huge population density.With a population that big, the city has an average of 791,814 cars, equi-valent to almost .4 vehicles per person, and it is victim of constant seve-re road congestion.
• The sidewalks in Belo Horizonte are very small, so pedestrians and cyclists can’t circulate freely.
• There are plenty of cars, and public transport is overflowing the city.
• Metro system has a small capacity, and a very short reach, which is insufficient for the big population the city has.
This problem, which is growing bigger, has to be solved from this year, to 2050.

iNCORPORATION OF THE 3 MAIN METHODS OF TRANSPORTATION, SO INSTEAD OF BEING AN OBSTACLE, THEY CONNECT EACH OTHER, AVHIEVING SYNERGY, IN THIS MANNER, AC-COMPLISH A MORE ECOLOGIC AND EFFI-CIENT TRANSPORTATION METHOD.
