The HYDRACLOSE mechanism isenclosed in the bottom rail of thegate and requires no electricity tooperate. Easy to maintain and set-up.

The gate closes at a controlled,constant speed until it is close toshutting, when it slows to a gentleclose.

This fluid closing motion provides aquiet and safe operation, ideal foruse in areas where children arepresent or when general pedestrianaccess is required. With the additionof maglocks used to secure thegate, there is the added advantageof the prevention of heavy slammingand therefore reducing the risk ofdamage to the locking mechanism.

HM Naval BaseDevenportBarkers Fencing were approached byMOD security advisers to come up withcurrent standard fencing to match theold existing perimeters which protectsthe naval base. This was to allow theMOD estate to split the site, to enableredundant parts of the yard to be soldto commercial partners.

Barkers Fencing designers were ableto design a PALISADE fence to matchthe existing fence line, giving aseamless continuous perimeter, whilstmeeting the strict securityrequirements of the Royal Navy.

Staffordshire Fire & RescueStaffordshire County Council embarkedon a major reconstruction of thecounty’s fire stations rebranding themas Community Fire Stations, where thelocal communities would beencouraged to use all the facilities.

Barkers Fencing worked with thearchitects to make a secureinstallation, whilst keeping the day today operations of the fire stationsunaffected by the community using thefacilities.
