Programme Management
In the face of staggering damage and lossestimates, it was a great challenge to conceptualize
a program and an agency, which would address all the important concerns of the event.

gujrat state disaster management act 2003
The Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA)
was formed on February 08, 2001 and coordination and implementation of
all rehabilitation and reonstruction activities were entrusted to it.
