EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Perpetual Niugini Limited is a diversified SME that has been in existence since 2011. Industries that we serve are

Transport and Logistics and Plant & Equipment Hire. After success in our prime service areas, we have established

our Building and Construction Division.

Perpetual Niugini Limited is a privately owned company with senior management experience that culminates from

various areas of industries such as Transport & Logistics, Plant & Equipment Hire, Building and Constructions, ITC

Solutions, Waste Transport, Petroleum and Drilling & Geo Tech. We are located on a 2.24 Hectare Site in 9 Mile Port

Moresby NCD however we are able to mobilise for projects throughout Papua New Guinea.

Our experienced staff that have in total more than 100 years of construction experience and will bring strength

in traditional construction methods and a creative, fresh approach to the delivery of building and construction

projects. Our people are qualified and have expertise that spans the construction industry spectrum, from smaller

renovations and refurbishments to multi-million Kina projects. Categories of projects include private and public

housing; warehouse/factories, offices and retail units; schools, hospitals and public buildings.

Our team of construction professionals offers a single-source solution for all of your construction-related needs.

Whether it is site preparation, a new building construction or renovation, we have the experience and personnel

to provide the highest quality construction on schedule and within budget. We support our clients from project

inception, to the commissioning of the fully operational facility. Our network of business’s enables us to offer our

clients the dual advantage of a strong local presence and access to other complimentary services and products such

as Plant & Equipment Hire, Skip Bins – Waste Removal, ITC Installations, Transport etc.

Our staff have varying experience from private and public housing; warehouse/factories, offices and retail units;

schools, hospitals, public buildings and larger multi-story buildings. In total Perpetual Niugini Limited and associated

companies have +100 Staff which span our current operating industries as mentioned above. With direct experienced

recruiters that we utilise from Australia, New Zealand and Philippines, we have the capability to have specialised

staff recruited permanently or on a project by project bases to ensure that our capabilities for project delivery are in

line with our customer’s expectations.
