Cataphoresis

Cataphoresis is a surface treatment able to give iron and stainless steel parts a considerable corrosion resistance; characterised by the uniform settlement of an epoxy resin onto the part's surface. This ensures a long-term protection against atmospheric agents and other kinds of attacks, also enabling an enhanced polyester powder varnish adherence. This technology is very popular in the automotive field.Cataphoric coating is a process based on the dipping of parts into a bath composed of water-diluted varnish, which entirely coats the surfaces of the dipped parts through current circulation. Certain painting systems strictly require the production of demineralised water. In this case, we suggest a resin exchange demineraliser to be studied case by case. When necessary, we also suggest continuous water recirculation systems, in order to keep the physical properties unchanged with a remarkable water saving.

Parts pre-treatment machines

Pre-treatment brings the part's surface into optimal conditions in order to obtain a better coating. Our pre-treatment tunnels are built with extreme care, being entirely made from stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L, according to the customer's requirements. They are designed in close cooperation with the best chemical product suppliers.Pre-treatments on plastic or metal manufactures, can be of the following types:

- By immersion into bridge crane tanks for managing the diverse phases.

- By tunnel spray and overhead conveyor.

- Through blasting, by static or continuous machine.

Our oven production is very wide both for oven and power supply type.Ovens can be made as follows:

1. Pit type drying oven for tank systems.2. In-line drying oven for coating systems with overhead conveyors.3. Static polymerisation oven, that is with leaf doors.4. In-line polymerisation oven.5. Bell-shaped in-line polymerisation oven, for energy saving.

Powder Gelation System

Conveyor SystemsWe design and manufacture conveyor systems, according to the customer's system requirements.Our systems comply with the most recent safety guidelines.The conveyor systems generally range among:

1. To carry from 20 kg up to 150 kg per meter, single rail overhead conveyors with bi-planar chain.2. To carry from 100 kg up to 2.000 kg per meter, Morris type overhead conveyors.3. For special productions (parts accumulation, stationary loads, etc.), double rail overhead conveyors.

P.L.C. Electrical Switchboards on System Board

All our systems are equipped with control electrical switchboard, designed and manufactured by us.The electromechanical and/or electronic performance ensures full control of the operations. The electric switchboards with built-in P.L.C. can be supplied with specific software programmes for the system's resource management.
