This is a photo of one of my favourite desserts: applestrudel. I think it is typical from Austria and Germany, but I am not very sure. In fact, the first time I tried it I was travelling around the south of Germany.

It is a lovely photo that makes my mouth water. Applestrudel is made of apples, raisins, pastry, sugar and cinnamon. It tastes sweet. Its texture is cryspy in the outside and smooth in the inside. It smells really well.

I likde the photo. I think it is very good. And I love this dessert because I think it is really yummy.

In this photo I can see a dish of Porra. It is typical from Antequera, in the north of Malaga. It looks delicious.

Porra is made of tomatoes, peppers, salt, olive oil, garlic, bread and vinegar, I think. It tastes very savoury, although some people don’t like it because they think it is strong. I like it when it is very creamy. In the photo it is decorated with Spanish ham and green pepper, but you can add boiled egg, tuna… It is usually served when the weather is hot.

To tell you the truth I love porra, but my favourite one is my mum’s.
