Have been organizing various events like National Seminars, Special Lectures, Monthly Lectures, Interactive

Discourses and Workshops at Developing Countries Research Centre, University of Delhi since July 2015.

Introduced an M Phil Course titled, Subaltern Politics in India during 2015-16 and two new optional courses for MA in Political Science titled, State Politics in India and Society, State and Politics: Comparing Israel and India during 2016-17. Teaching all the three newly introduced courses in the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi.

Supervised 17 students for their post-doc, doctoral, M.Phil and M.A. research works.

Conducted survey for the ‘Working of One Year of AAP Government’ in Delhi in February 2016 with the help of post-graduate students of the Course - 5, Parties, Elections and Political Process in India, Semester IV, Department of Political Science, University of Delhi covering 8236 households across all seven parliamentary and 70 assembly constituencies in the Capital.

Conducted election survey for Delhi Assembly, 2015 with the help of post-graduate students of Political Science Department, University of Delhi covering 10,000 households spreading across all 9 districts and 70 constituencies in the Capital.

Instrumental in introducing Political Science Honours and co-education in Shyam Lal College [Evening], University of Delhi.

Formalized subject association/s by giving nomenclature, holding regular elections of office bearers, engaging students in different academic and co-curricular activities, organizing debates, quiz, talks, national and
