6 th You must take this paper in Direzione Sanitaria and they give you all papers for request the:

2.Identity card ( tesserino di reicnoscimento) You can take it in Direzione Amministrativa (telephone number 051-6366733) from 09:00 to 13:00h. You must return it when you finish your fellowship.

3.Consentto go to the medicalrestauran t for meals.

12. FELLOW LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS 13.

1 stYou must contract an italina medical insurancefor personal risks ofaccidents.

2 nd You must pay a taxthat is called tassa di frequenza wich costs is 77.47 euro in:
