Quran and no hadith. Please reply.

It is lawful without any doubt if someone supplicates Allah through wasilah. Hadith Zarir ofTirmidhi Sharif is very famous that a blind sahabi came to the holy Prophet Muhammad (c I taht em rof etacilppus hallA fo regnessem O ,dias dna ( ould see. The holyProphet Muhammad ( ) said: remain in the same state and have patience. Heinsisted then the holy Prophet Muhammad ( ) taught him to make duathrough the wasilah of his name.

In the same way it is alsoproved to supplicate with the wasilah of Hadhrat Abbas (

Theysupplicated with the wasilah of their good deeds. Also it is proved to supplicate in many hadithwith the wasilah of Quran, Zabur, Taurah, Injil, Hadhrat Musa ( ) and Hadhrat Isa( ), kalimat tammah, and with 8 Names written on the sun. In wasilah too, one asksAllah. Wasilah is another thing, while istianat (seeking help) is something else. The person whocannot differentiate between wasilah and istianat he cannot understand this ruling.

On Eid days elder use to give money to the younger ones. Sometimes they give money to their

parents on behalf of children. Can parents use that money if the children are too young? Say mybaby is 4 or 5 years old if my relative gives her money (Eidi) can I use that money or I should

buy things for my baby only with that money.

On the occasion of Eid etc the relatives and friends give money to children or to their parents for

them, these gifts are the property of the children. The person who gives it his intention is purely

to give to the children. This money is a trust in the hands of parents for children. It is not correct

for them to spend them for the parents in their personal needs. It should be spent in the need ofchildren not for the use of other children. Whatever money your relatives give to your daughter

you should spend it on her. This money is a trust in your hands. You should not use it in your

need.

night is there any special place for it (like Lailatul Qadr) in our deen and few people use to wear

new clothes same day how is it pls answer quickly. jazakAllah khair!

Answer: 15127Sep 03,2009(Fatwa: 1396/1131=L=1430)Several traditions have mentioned the virtue of this night in which it is narrated that Allah turnsespecially to his servants and accepts their prayers; therefore one should wake up in the night and prayAllah and spend his time in dhirk, dua, tilawah etc. A weak tradition of Ibn Majah mentioned to keep thefast of the next day too; therefore keeping fast of the next day is mustahab. But, there is no proof ofwearing new dress.
