this letter of recommendation for Mikhail Siretskiy, CEO of Siretskiy & Associates. I have had the

pleasure of working with Mikhail on several different projects and purchase transactions. In that long

span of time, I discovered that anyone looking to work with a Realtor should consider Mikhail as a highly

Mikhail's professionalism and deep knowledge of the negotiation process was apparent from the very

first deal we worked on together. Mikhail proved himself to be focused and tending to the needs of his

clients.

Most recently, I provided financing for another client whom Mikhail represented in a Real Estate

transaction. It was a purchase of a property in Beverly Wood for a gentleman named Frank Malatono.

Mikhail presented Mr. Malatono with an opportunity to invest into a property. Mr. Malotono's goal was

to buy the property in cash, in order to get an amazing deal, and then to get a loan on the property to

pull his cash out. However, the client was concerned that he would not be able to get financing for the

home because the property had some cosmetic imperfections from the previous owner's use.

Mikhail was quick on his feet. He found a quick and low-cost solution for the problem. He assured Mr.

Malatono that his team of contractors and maintenance personnel will repair the property quickly and

at a minimal cost. He kept his promise.

I had a chance to take a look at the property before it was renovated, let Mikhail know the items needed

to be repaired in order to obtain a mortgage, and started collecting the required documentation from

Mr. Malotono. The renovation was finished within a week and Mr. Maloton was able to pull cash out of

his investment property within 25 days.

Seeing the before and after pictures, I was very impressed with the speed that Mikhail's team was able

to renovate the property. I was also pleasantly surprised by how minimal the costs were. Not only did

my experience with Mikhail on this project impress me, but it earned him my real estate business as

well.

I recommend Mikhail and his team to all of my clients and use his services for my personal real estate

investments.
