From the North, take the Jamboree exit from 405. Turn right onto Jamboree and then turn leſt onto Michelson and connue to Back Bay Conference Center (Irvine Lanes) on your leſt. From the South, take the Culver exit from the 405. Turn leſt onto Culver and then turn right onto Michelson. Back Bay is on your right. Back Bay Conference Center is in white leering on the awning over the side entrance on the south side of the building. Use this entrance. The Conference Center is on the second floor. Ms. Hoard has more than 20 years of public service as an aorney represenng public enes, most recently as the Senior Assistant City Aorney for the City of Orange. Prior to the City of Orange, Hoard held posions at California State University, Long Beach and the City of Santa Ana. Director Hoard started with the Commission in April 2017, aſter Orange County voters, in June 2016, established a commission to provide oversight of the County’s Campaign Reform Ordinance, Lobbyist Registraon and Reporng Ordinance, the Giſt Ban Ordinance and Secons 6 and 9 of the County Code of Ethics and Commitment to Public Service (Code of Ethics). She has overseen the selecon of the commissioners and has developed the process to subpoena bank statements of campaign commiees, create an independent campaign tracking system and developed an annual ethics training program for County officials and staff. The commission meets quarterly at the Commission Hearing Room at 10 Civic Center Plaza. The next meeng is July 23, 2018

Denah Hoard is the first Executive Director of the Office for Campaign Finance

and Ethics Commission, appointed by the OC Board of Supervisors. Ms. Hoard has more than 20 years of public service as an attorney representing public entities, most recently as the Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Orange. Prior to the City of Orange, Hoard held positions at California State University, Long Beach and the City of Santa Ana.
