Green Smoothie Preparation: 5 minutes!|!Processing: 35-45 seconds!|!Servings: 875 ml (3 " cups)

1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

2. Select Variable 1.

3. Turn on the machine and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High.

4. Blend for 35 to 45 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades until the desired consistency is reached.

2. Cover the ice with one of the liquids or a combination of the liquids and secure the lid.

3. Select Variable 1.

4. Turn on the machine and slowly increase the speed to Variable 6 and blend for 10 seconds (if a slushy consistency is desired) or increase the speed to Variable 10 and blend for 5 to 10 seconds if a frozen and frothy consistency is desired.

5. Serve immediately.

1. Place the ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.

2. Select Variable 1.

3. Turn on the machine and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

4. In 1 minute, you will hear a chugging sound. Once the butter begins to flow freely through the blades, the sound of the motor will change tone. Stop the machine.

1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

2. Select Variable 1.
