Demon Consultants was founded with the vision of creating excellence in teams around the country. Business at the moment is tough and one of the first things organisations cut back on is training, but this is madness, because without training your teams correctly, they cannot deliver fantastic customer service. Customers will only spend their hard earned money in the best places. This was the inspiration to set up the company. Having motivated, well trained and guided teams is essential. Sometimes it just takes a fresh pair of eyes and a new outlook, to help unveil your teams potential.

SEEMA DHIMAN Hello my name is Seema Dhiman the Managing Director of Demon Consultants. I have been working in the hospitality business for over 18 years. I have worked in hotels, bars & restaurants in all positions from bar tending, waiting on, events manager, wedding planner, general manager and area manager. I was the opening General Manager for Trio Bar and Grill in Leeds, where I developed the team to become an award winning team. Winning best bar and restaurant in the North, best bar, best night out in the UK, best bar manager and many more awards, producing some of the best hospitality names in the country. I was promoted to the area manager for Arc Inspirations, where I wrote and conducted the majority of training for the company. I set up new sites, coached the management teams to deliver fantastic service. The biggest thing I have learnt over the years is that you are only as good as your weakest team member. I have such a love for training people and making them stronger. This will ensure businesses have better sales and make more profit.
