Deluxemodern Design. Your business is a big deal, and we know there are alot of options for you to choose from, so thank you!

I am always giving out my 2 cents (which you will find out quickly if we work together), because the bottom line is, I want you to look good. It’s my job to make you seem as

HOW IT WORKS After reading through your design inspiration and questionnaire, we will schedule a phone consultation

to discuss your brand in depth.

Together we will create a brand board via Pinterest that reflects your style, your business, your personality, and the mood you want to capture with your design.

Based on the brand board, we will present you with one initial concept and provide up to 3 total revisions based on your feedback.

Once your new Brand is finalized, we will deliver a zipped folder including all files and a brand guide / style sheet.File types included are: layered PSD, hi-res JPG, transparent PNG, and EPS vector file of each piece.

Once completed, we can work with you on implementing these piece into your blog, site, and marketing materials on an individual basis. Alternately, you are welcome to create your branding pieces on your own.

The first thing we’ll discuss is what you need designed! We’ll have a conversation through email and we will try to answer all of your questions up front, then give you a time frame for your project.

We’ll add you to the schedule, and plan your phone design consultation with Christine.

THE FUN PART!

You’ll fill out the attached questionnaire, and start gathering design ideas. You can find inspiration through the web, magazines, pinterest, pretty much anywhere. You’ll send this to us along with your questionnaire.

We ask that you really think, look, and feel while putting together your inspiration, so that we can find a common thread of your style.

DETAILS, DETAILS

Logo design is the most important piece of branding you can have, and requires the most time and thought.We generally give you 3 initial concepts and 3 revisions. Our goal is for you to love your logo, so if there are a few extra revisions, we are happy to make them. You will have your initial concepts within 2 weeksfrom time of payment.

Project is to be paid in full before work begins, deposit is taken off the total.

All files will be provided upon completion of project, delivered electronically and set up for print or web as needed.

You will be provided with PDF files for printed marketing material, and all file types, including a Photoshop file, of the logo. Any files with photos will be provided as layered PSD’s so that you can change them as needed.

With your files you will receive a brand guide / style sheet including the branding images, names of fonts, and colors for print & web. We keep all design files stored and backed up every night, so you can add on to yourbranding when needed.

We always do our very best to have your project finished within the time frame discussed. Things can happen that can sometimes delay he process on our end (illness, etc.). Alternately, if these things happen on your end, we totally understand. Refunds are not given once the design process has started, as we have reserved the time and space for your project.

If for any reason you need to completely stop the design process due to being busy, etc. we will do our best to start back up when you are ready, but it will depend on our current workload at the time.

By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to this process and are being added to the design schedule.This serves as a contract between you, the client, and Deluxemodern Design.
