Handheld XRF DELTA Series A Variety of Options for Metal Analysis The DELTA series of handheld XRF analyzers are configured with powerful miniature X-ray tubes, Si- PIN, or highly advanced Silicon Drift Detector (SDD), specialized features and multi-beam optimization for the ultimate in XRF field analysis. Now routine and common for the DELTA Handheld X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzers are: Residuals analysis in low alloy steels Sensitive analysis of aluminum (Al) alloys for magnesium (Mg) content Sulfur (S) quantification for in-service stainless steels All units come standard with innovative features including hot swap batteries, SmartSort, Grade Match Messaging, Tramp Library and built-in accelerometer. An optional integrated CMOS camera and small spot collimator is available. The following data represents typical analytical performance generated from more than 10 analyzers of each DELTA confi guration. DELTA Classic Plus testing time is 5 seconds. Testing times for Professional analyzer are 5 seconds for Beam 1 (for elements Ti and higher), and 30 seconds for Beam 2 (for elements

Mg, Al, Si, S, and P). Actual testing times in the fi eld are commonly shorter. “±” values shown represent analysis standard deviation, calculated as 1-sigma or 67% confi dence. Samples analyzed are certifi ed reference materials (CRMs).
