Programme UpdateFor Your Delights Today……..
1. Update on the SHA mapping piece – for consideration and approval
2. Update on the PCT Mapping piece and plans for completion
3. Plans to establish SHA Cluster Programmes
An overarching rider:
All proposals relevant to mapping of functions to future state
organisations in the document are presented for consideration only.
It is recognised that final sign-off of mapping and accountability will
need to be approved by the relevant Policy setting organisations (e.g.
NHS-CB) NHS and the Futures Board
Slide 3
Confirmation of the Purpose of this Exercise
A) To support the Workforce data mapping process being led by HR. To identify where current state functions will map to in the future state and to show the current (at a given point in time - currently 30th Sep 2012)
resource levels engaged in the delivery of these functions.
B) To provide planning intelligence for those designing the future state. In doing this the return makes recommendation where (current) functions which will continue to be needed in the future state should be accountable to, and gives an indication of potential deliver models in the future state (based on on-going work at PCT Cluster Level). The work also gives detail re the level of resource (permanent and temporary) currently employed (in the current state) to deliver said function.
