Mechanical Ruggedizationof Electronic Systems

McCormick Stevenson delivers rugged electronics systems to meet the challenges of the Aerospace and

Defense marketplace.

Launcher Systems

Arnold Defense and Electronics

AD&E recently contracted McCormick Stevenson to assist in the development of a new rocket launch system intended for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. AD&E is the leading supplier of launchers and flare dispensers to the U.S. Military, including the M260/M261 systems. The

MCCST team is delivering concept development, mechanical design, engineering analysis, and design

documentation support to AD&E as they move toward flight test demonstrations

later this year.

AD&E’s Program Manager had the following to say about our involvement …. “McCormick Stevenson

came up to speed on the project in record time and has been able to adjust to directional changes

without allowing the project timetable to slip. They have provided outstanding professional

engineering services in support of our project.”

System Design, Analysis and Test

McCormick Stevenson helped ATK Missile Systems support the US Army

Research, Development & Engineering Center (ARDEC) and the

Mid-Range-Munition (MRM) program – a 120mm radar-guided, rocket-assisted, kinetic energy projectile.
