While integrated supply chain planning has resulted in many bottom-line benefi ts, it has simultaneously increased the level of complexity and uncertainty by which companies operate today. Retail companies now face a host of new business challenges such as increased service level demand from customers, shorter product life cycles, and global competition with cost pressure. TouchStone - The Supply Chain Dashboard

TouchStone is a supply chain dashboard that can pull relevant data for KPI calculations from multiple JDA enterprise systems, legacy, and other transactional systems through ETL activity. It covers major SCM KPIs and industry benchmark values. KPI benchmarking reports are generated for C-level executives. By proactively monitoring and benchmarking KPIs through this tool, enterprises can take corrective actions to improve process effi ciencies and thereby reduce cost.

KPI benchmarking tool offers drill down capability, from high level KPIs to low level KPIs, to help perform root cause analysis and identify areas for process improvements.

Implementation

Application implementation for our customers is one of the key highlights of our SCE practice.
