During this 10 week session, Coach Tyler will be focused on improving overall efficiency and strength in both the power and squat snatch. Our drills will help improve your mobility, develop speed under the bar, build strength overhead, and gain confidence in the bottom of the squat. This class is perfect for any athlete who knows the basics of the snatch, but would like to improve their overall technique, strength, and confidence
