Joint Commission ActivitiesJoint Commission ActivitiesDuring April, 2003, the Delaware Thoroughbred
Racing Commission along with the Harness Commission hosted the Eastern States Racing
Commissioners and Executive Directors meeting in Dover, Delaware.
There were delegates visiting Delaware from New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Ontario
Canada, New York and the USTA in Ohio.
