In 2004 Grace Lachowicz joined UnitedHouse Limited, a property developmentcompany working as a heating, bathroomand kitchen survey/designer.

After several years and over 2000 kitchendesigns Grace has continued to work in thesame area but as a freelance contractorboth for corporate and private individuals.

Noticing kitchen suppliers on the UK marketwere overpriced in 2011 Grace set up herown company Dekko Interiors to provide morevalue at equal or better quality.

ican Frobisher Crescent is a dramatic semi-circular

building situated in the centre of the iconic Barbican Estate, adjacent to the arts centre.

The Barbican Estate was conceived by architects Chamberlin, Powell and Bon, built in the 1960s

and 1970s and inspired by the work of Le Corbusier. It is now Grade ll Listed.

United House Developments has transformed Frobisher Crescent to its original purpose

with the creation of sixty-nine refurbished homes:

a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments on

the 7th, 8th and 9th floors.

Grace Lachowicz installed high quality kitchens, wardrobes

and bathrooms in this project.

ey Queensbridge Quarter is an exciting and architecturally stunning new development designed by award-winning architects Levitt Bernstein, forming part of the ground-breaking regeneration of the Holly Street

Estate in the London Fields area of Hackney. Developed in partnership with London Borough of Hackney, Queensbridge Quarter

offers a total of 123 apartments and 28 houses on a 1.2 hectare site, finished to very high specifications.

Queensbridge Quarter has won numerous awards

including 'Project Winner' at the 2007 RIBA Housing Design

awardsGrace Lachowicz designed, supplied and installed 100

high gloss lacquered kitchens with

granite worktops.

g Enterprise Place is a landmark development in the centre of this prosperous commuter town less than 30 minutes from

London Waterloo.

It includes 129 private apartments - a mix of studios, one and two bedroom units - built and designed to United House's

exacting standards.

The development also benefits from ecofriendly combined heat and

power (CHP) provision via Woking's pioneering sustainable community

energy system.

In this project Grace Lachowiczsupplied and installed 120 kitchens

made of high gloss foil with solid surface worktops.

Located on a prime site adjacent to Sidcup station, The Fold creates a new focus for the centre of Sidcup by

regenerating a brownfield office site with 98 apartments, a restaurant, and two new offices.

The £20 million scheme consists of three connected blocks, including a striking and contemporary nine-storey building

featuring curved metallic cladding and rooftop gardens.

Dekko Interiors fitted 98 kitchens, 96 bathrooms

and 110 wardrobes in this projects.

wA regeneration project that involved the demolition of former housing stock and

transferring residents to Hounslow Homes. The first phase of construction delivered thirty-two

new homes for social rent, twenty-three for shared ownership, which will be sold through A2 Dominion Housing Group, and thirty-eight

homes for private sale.

In the first phase Dekko Interiors fitted 42 private

kitchens, 98 bathrooms and 52 wardrobes.

In the second phase the company fitted further 38

kitchens, 80 bathrooms and 50 wardrobes.

This small boutique-style development, on the site of a former public house, has planning permission

for a new six-story building comprising 400 sq m of office space over the ground and basement levels

and eight one and two-bedroom residential apartments on the 1st to 4th floors, plus a three-

bedroom duplex penthouse spanning the 4th & 5th floors..

Dekko Interiors supplied and installed high-spec handle-less kitchens with acrylic doors and

solid surface worktops. They also supplied 19 vanity units and 12 high spec wardrobes with soft-

close sliding doors systems.

and lots of internal fitting wardrobes.

United House has completed this state-of-the-art luxury residential development on Tadema Road in

Chelsea on behalf of property company Goldpenny.

h This is an outstanding example of a collaborative project, in this case between United House

Developments and private equity firm JER Partners, who are combining expertise to deliver the landmark

Paynes & Borthwick Wharves site in West Greenwich, London SE8.

The £120 million riverside development will provide 257 high specification 1, 2 and 3 bedroom

apartments and 10 live/work units in a landscaped setting looking towards Canary Wharf, Greenwich

and the City.

Dekko Interiors is supplying and installing high-spec handleless

kitchens made of 20mm lacquered MDF doors and solid surface worktops. They also are

installing 235 wardrobes with doors sensor activeted internal

lighting and sliding doors systems.

United House Limited and Notting Hill Housing delivering a residential and retail scheme in Grange Walk,

Bermondsey Spa, London SE1, in the heart of Southwark’s regeneration area.

The development, with a contract value of £28 million, provides 205 homes in a mix of studios, one, two, three

and four bedroom duplexes and townhouses, comprising 44 affordable rent, 102 shared ownership, and 59 private

sale plus 4,086 sqm of amenity space, including balconies, private terraces and courtyards.

Dekko Interiors is supplying and installing 156 handle-less

kitchens with acrylic doors and solid surface worktops. Private

and shared ownership apartments will have Dekko’s

vanity units. and They also suppling 19 vanity units and 12 high spec wardrobes with soft-

close sliding doors systems.

Grace supplied various clients with high quality social housing kitchens over the past 6 years,

offering wide range of carcass front colours and structure.

In addition to Islington social housings, in 2012 Dekko Interiors fitted 29 kitchens in

Sidcup for Galliard Homes.
