2 On a dedicated page in your paper or digital journal write down your top 10 values

3 Now in your journal strike out five of the values you wrote down

4 Next in your journal strike out two more of the values you wrote This will leave you with three values you absolutely cannot live without

5 Answer this question in your journal How do these 3 values match with the life you chose as being most successful in the Six Lives activity If they do not why not If they do how so

NOTE If there is no match compare your three values to the other five lives in the Six Lives activity to find a better match If you find one consider why the new life might be a better fit for you Update your journal notes
