What VT Group offersValue through partneringVT is highly regarded by the MOD for its approach topartnering. We work in partnership with customers to manage their current needs and plan together for the future. We add value by developing shared objectives and incentives to reduce programme costs whilst maintaining capability.

Availability-based contractingBy contracting to deliver an asset on an availability basis, our customers are able to transfer ownership risks to us.This lets us optimise and manage the assets needed tomeet their requirements.

An understanding of the militaryWe have worked with the military for over 100 years andemploy many ex-service and MOD staff who joined after retiring from the services or transferred through outsourcing contracts. This has instilled a deep appreciation of the military ethos, allowing us to quickly understand requirements and establish strong working relationships.
