Download and Install

You may download DeepMonitor Report Manager Console from:

http://www.myusbonly.com/dload/DeepMonitorRptMgrConsole.exe

Execute DeepMonitorRptMgrConsule.exe to start the setup wizard…

Key in Report Manager Server HTTP Web-based Port number.

If Port 80 is occupied by IIS/Apache or other software, please select other port, for

example, Port 8080.

Click [Install] to begin the installation process.

Start using Report Manager System

Click [Start] on your desktop, and then choose

Programs > DeepMonitor Report Manager for MyUSBOnly > Open DeepMonitor Report Manager

Or key in http://127.0.0.1/DeepMonitor/ as the address in Internet Explorer.

System requires Flash Player 10 add-on for the Web Browser. Please ensure the

computer has Internet connection for software download. Download will start

automatically at the first time you use Report Manager.

Note: If auto download failed to install Flash Player 10 add-on, a blank screen with

blue background will be displayed.

Register Report Manager

To register your Report Manager, if you have a purchased copy and Serial Number,

you may click on the Get an Activation Key button to acquire the Activation Key through

Internet. Then put the Activation Key onto the screen, click Apply to activate your

key.

If you don’t have a purchased copy, click Buy Now button to purchase.

Login to Report Manager

After registration complete, you may login to Report Manager:

Username: Admin

Password: 0000

Report Manager Main Screen

Menu options:

System, Recent Activity, Search, Report, Logout

Change Password

Click [System], select [Admin], [Change user password], key in password then click

[Apply change] to confirm.

Review Event Log

Click [System], select [Event Log], [Operation events]

Review Recent Activity

Click [Recent activity]，activities can be search by date with filtering function.

You may click the [Copy to clipboard] button to copy & paste information to

Microsoft Excel.

The Search Function

Click [Search], and then input the key word for searching.

Statistic Report

Click [Report], you may generate daily report by entering the date.

Statistic information includes:

- number of USB devices

- number of workstations with usage of USB devices

- files transfer from/to USB devices
