b. Maintenance. Maintenance is only fair again this month due to oontinued operations in the field. The constant WO:Dt load coupled wi th the heavy rains and poor state ot the roads has caused an increase in motor transport dsdline to l~. Second echelon spare parts are oamiag'~through very slowly due to transportation d1ffiouli tie s a.:rising f':rom the many operations in the area. A large problem axea. which has seen very 11 ttle decrease is third echelon mainteaance. We presently have 8 vehicles on niL at FLOO •

.Another large problem area is TD-15's. Of the two that this Bat,talion presently rates neither is in operating condition. 1 has been at FLSG "At! DaNang since 15 Aug and the other was Code Xted in June 66.

o. Food Sertices. Presently, the l3attal1on is serving 60f0 "A" rations and 40% IIB" rations. '

g. ~. Water is still being obtained from the Khe Gio River end hauled by truck to our position.

h. Motor Transport. The information on the last report is still ..,allel. lJ!he heavy work load plus the rains and the bad ~ads are oausing an inorease in motor transport deadline ..

i. :anbarlcation. Embarkation data tor the batteries which is held on the battalion level is presently being reviewed to bring it up to date.
