I know Laura Perrett, who goes by the name Pauley Perrette, very wellfrom Francis Shivers I probably know her better than anybody else. She wasbest friend for years, and we worked together in New York before moving toAngeles and eventually living together as roommates. We were so closeMs. Perrett got TWO matching tattoos with me ( a star and a happy tace)

After reading some ot the Declarations filed with this court, I can state confidthat not only does Ms. Perrett make numerous false statements in heDeclarations, but that lam certain she has made these false statemenknowingly and willfully.

3. I have been present when Ms. Perrett has broke up with lovers in her past, andcan say that she has a history of vindictive behavior towards them, whcertainly none was warranted. In particular, I recall her stealing the cat ot her exboyfriend Daniel Rivas, and then when he wanted to iake her to court about thMs. Perrett lilled out the paperwork for a Restrainino Order in retaliation.

To be perfectly clear about this, I lived with Ms. Perrett and Mr. Rivas at the timeand lwould describe him as extremely docile. There was absolutely NO fearhim on the pan ot Ms. Perrett, and the ResFaining Order papeMork she filledwas for the sole expressed purpose of manipulating the court in the issuehis stolen cat. lt should be noted that the cat belonoed to him before hemel ner.

Ms. Perrett also made a point ol using the supposed "Restraining Order"tarnish the reputation of Mr. Rivas, by telling people she had a Restrainingagainst him. Even I believed her story untjl recently when informed that shenever actually filed the papeMork. In retrospect this made sense, as it's sopurpose was to manipulate the court in the "cat" case, and to influenceopinion of people about Mr. Rivas.

o. I was also around when lvls. Perrett broke up with her longtime boyfriendRevson, and noticed a similar pattern. Mr, Revson would also be describedan e)idremely docile person, but atter their breakup Ms. Perrett went out ofway to try and make people in their social circles not speak to him.understood why she felt the need to be so vindictive.

7. I have read Ms. Perrett's Declarations concerning Restraining Orders agaiBebe Buell and I can contidently state that she has misrepresented the situationIt was not Mr. Shivers who was instigating getting Flestraining Orders againstBuell, rather it was Ms. Perrett who was eager to file such paperwork. I recalone time when Ms. Buell harassed me at my work, and Ms. Perrett's responwas to be excited about the incident because .now we have somethinq on her."

8. lam aware there is a minor issue involving glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceilinof their bedroom. While I have no knowledge of that bedroom, for what it'sI can say that I witnessed glow-in-the-dark siars on the ceiling of her bedwhen I lived with her.

9. In closing lwould like to state that I have no bad feelings toward Lauraonly towards her actions. I visited her when she was in the Psychiatric WardCedar Sinai hospital, where she was treated tor an extended Deriod. and fegreat compassion for her mental state, and I tried for years to be a good friendher. I do wish her the best, but I also stand firm that her behavior can bevindictive, manipulative, victimizing, destructive, untruthful, morally wrong, andmy opinion obsessive.
