Our Christmas parties are perfect for a team night out or a gathering of friends, as you enjoy delicious dishes and a great festive atmosphere. We have two wonderful private event rooms to choose from, The

Bow and The Needles. Both are available for exclusive use for your Christmas party throughout November, December and January.

If there are not quite enough of you for a private Christmas party, or you would prefer the atmosphere and fun of a larger party, why not join one of our shared party nights held in The Bow? Contact our events team

for more information and for shared party dates.

Includes a glass of fizz upon arrival, 3 course choice menu, 1 glass of wine per person,

The Bow up to 250 covers (private parties only) and Needles up to 85 covers (private only) - both would need tables removed after dinner service. Bands finish by 11pm, DJ’s by 12am. Midnight finishes for all parties unless agreed otherwise. For private party nights in The Bow, particularly for peak dates such as Thursdays,

Fridays and Saturdays, we would require minimum guaranteed numbers of 150 guests. Party nights under this number would need to pay a supplement room hire charge of £2,500. Parties of over 150 must have a set menu. Table plans, pre-orders and payment of the outstanding balance are all required 1st November.

• Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.

• A 30% deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking.

• A further 30% deposit (non-refundable) is required on the 1st August.

• Final payment required by 1st November.

• One payment is appreciated i.e. no individual payments from attendees.

• If payments are made via BAC’s then group name and event date must be used as the reference.

• Food & wine pre-orders must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date.

• Final payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date.

• By signing this agreement, you authorise Harbour Hotels to charge the card details on file for all tickets, pre-ordered wine and use as guarantee for bedroom reservations.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• We recommend that bookings are made on minimum/ confirmed guests numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for any decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit or full balance) within 4 weeks of event and/or any decrease in numbers over 20% of the contracted amount at any time prior to the event.

• If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.

• Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel.

• A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions.

• Hotel is unable to make amendments to bookings within 10 working days of event date.

• Bedrooms - Full payment at the time of booking, free cancellation up to the 1st November, after this 100% cancellation charge.

• Allocated room for event can be changed without prior notice based on business requirements.

• Any entertainment provided by the hotel are professionals and use their experience to provide a service which is suitable for a variety of tastes rather than focusing on one genre.

• Discounted bedroom rates are subject to availability.

• Account bar charges (inserted further up somewhere) - Must be paid in advance prior to the event any credit left on the account will be refunded within 30 days of the event.

• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, if booked before December 1st 2020 for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. The remaining balance is due by 1st December 2020.

• Bookings made after the 1st December 2020 require full pre-payment and are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
