2. The payment of Chamber Bills is to be settled by Cash/CreditCard only.

3. Management wishes to upgrade the pool by purifying thewater without using chemicals. It needs lower depth of thepool (minimum 5 feet to maximum 7 feet) to reduce watervolume. Swimming Pool users may give their opinion in thisregard. A book is kept with lifeguard for your valuablesuggestion. The monthly subscription may increase toRs.500/- per month.

4. Members may please note that hereafter only One ClubSmart Card will be active for use. Regular Members / Spouse/ Dependent and other Members who present the Cardwhile using at Club will be fed with unique code. HenceMembers are requested to produce their best available cardfor Coding.

5. It has been decided to charge Rs 400/- for monthly cardholders who use personalized services of gym attendants.75% of the charge i.e. Rs 300 will be paid to the attendentsthemselves as compensation.

6. All members are requested to register their mail ID. Allannouncements of events will be sent to mail ID insteardof SMS in the future.

It was children’s DayCelebrations organized by theLadies Committee whichplanned an evening of funand frolic for the young ones.The ladies had made a lot ofeffort to plan and organizethe event so that the childrencould be pampered. The littleones were given games of skilland general knowledge. Theolder children were givenbrain teasers and a treasurehunt which ended in adelicious treat.

When all the hectic activitywas over, the children settleddown to a game of Tambola.Our member Shashank Duttcalled out the numbers withgreat gusto and humour. Thiswas followed by screening ofmovies which the kids settleddown to enjoy. The clubserved good snacks to thechildren.
