Pre-K3’s November and December Newsletter Our class enjoyed a nice fall break and got back ready to learn. MashaAllah, its amazing to see the Students become more independent as we move along our school year :) Our Pre-K3 DiG themes that we covered in No- vember and December are Our Communityand Health and Nutrition.Students learned that we belong to the world community of our Planet Earth. We Also learned about taking care of ourselves and how to stay healthy. We learned the letters D, F, O, C, E and Y.We have sounded out, traced and made crafts for each letter. In Math we continued Measur- able Attributes and Introduced Counting 1-10 with our five and ten-frames. We are so proud of our Students as they performed and did wonderful at our ILM 10 year celebration Fund- raiser, MashaAllah! Great Job Pre-K3 Students! We Hope you and your families have a safe and happy Winter Break! We appreciate You for all that you do for our Pre-K3 Students and our Class! JazakAllah Khair! December Newsletter

Our class enjoyed a nice fall break and got back ready to learn. MashaAllah, its amazing to see the Students become more independent as we move along our school year :)

Our Pre-K3 DiG themes that we covered in No-vember and December are “Our Community” and “Health and Nutrition.” Student’s learned that we belong to the world community of our Planet Earth. We Also learned about taking care of ourselves and how to stay healthy.

For the month of November and December we coverd letter ”Daal”, “Dhaal”, “Raa”, “Zay”,“Seen”, and “Sheen”.

Color and trace the letters listed above

Listen and repeat the sound of the letters

Numbers

Recognize number “Five” and “Six” in Arabic

Color and write number Five “Khamsaa” and “Sittah” in Arabic

Shape:

Identify the rectangle “Mustateel” in Arabic

Color:

Memorize the green “Akhdar” and the blue “Azraq” in Arabic

Understand classroom rules and how to follow them

Learn their names in Arabic

Then every day we discuss the calendar and the weather in Arabic Friendly Reminders:

• Please send a spill-proof water bottle with your child daily to class.

• Please send the fold-ers in daily to class.

• Please do not send any snack or lunch with your child that con-tains peanut butter or any nuts.
