Please join us for a talk and discussion to remind us of how precious we are to God and that His love is unconditional, simply because we are His precious daughters. No experience necessary, just come as you are for lunch and a chance to see what Walking with Purpose is all about!

Amazing Possibilities: Now is Your Time If you desire to grow in your spiritual life, let the saints help show you the way. This latest book by
Matthew Kelly, “Rediscover Saints,” is available as a gift from St. Mark’s. In short chapters, Kelly explores how God is calling all of us to be saints in the world. Each challenge faced by saints demonstrates how to recognize the opportunities to create holy moments.
The question is, are you ready to collaborate in God’s great plan for you or are you comfortable letting life continue to pass you by? Here’s a glimpse of what’s inside:

Holy Inspiration Series in 2020
Coming this February: “Holy Inspiration” series, this time focusing on John of the Cross, a Spanish Mystic of the Carmelite tradition. Born in Spain in 1542, John explains: “Contemplation is nothing but a hidden, peaceful, loving inflow of God. If it is given room, it will inflame the spirit with love.” Come and learn how John describes the “Dark Night” in which we encounter God’s love. There will be a two discussions on Monday, February 3rd, and 10th. Morning sessions are at St. Denis at 11 AM in the school and the evening session at 7 PM in Holy Trinity Hall. We will be using the book “The Impact of God” by Iain Matthew for our discussion, a perfect “stocking stuffer” if you want to put this on your Christmas wish list (ISBN 978-0-340-61257-6). It is a beautiful distillation of John’s thoughts meant to inspire you.
Families Needed
Did you know there are close to 500,000 children in the US in the foster care system whose parents have lost all legal rights to them? They live their childhood dreaming of having a forever
family, a permanent school, and a house to call home. Most of them age out of the system because not enough families consider adoption. What better way is there to respect life in all of its stages than by adopting a homeless child? Be the light of Christ to those in darkness. If there is room in your heart, there is room in your home and we make adoption affordable. To learn more, contact Downey Side Adoption, 219 Philadelphia Ave., Sea Girt at 732-359-8434 or [email protected].
June 2020 Cruise
From June 6th to June 21st, join Fr. Garry Koch and Sr. Margaret Tierney on a 10-night cruise aboard the Sky Princess to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany & Russia. For a brochure, call Sr. Margaret at 732 449-5765 ext. 124.
Oplatek - Christmas Wafers
This weekend, December 7th/8th, Holy Innocents Church, 3455 West Bangs Ave., Neptune, is offering Christmas Oplatek wafers after Masses and during the week at the Rectory office.
