For New Year 2010…..ASAP Fitness: Not a Resolution, But a Lifestyle!

I want to thank you Mark for the phenomenal supportand advice you have given me. I am 100% more confident. After only five months of working with ASAP Fitness I am40lbs lighter and my body fat is down 12%. I finally decidedto take action when my doctor told me I might have to go oninsulin medication. I was already on blood pressure and cho-lesterol medicine and had to sleep sitting up due to acidreflux. My doctor repeatedly told me losing weight would helpand he continued to write prescriptions because it was theonly way he could help. I knew I had to do something andinvest in myself. So I made a call to Mark.

Then when I went in to see Mark and we set a plan in action.I started going into ASAP studio regularly and loved it .Theiratmosphere was comfortable not intimidating, I could listen tomy own music and have no interruptions. I think what I enjoy the most is the friendshipI have built with Mark. We work out hard but we have fun and I know that even after Ireach my goal I feel can count on him to support me in my maintenance program.

It feels so good getting back into my good work clothes that now fit. My co-workers have all noticed and comment on my leaner look. My doctor was so sur-prised at my last visit. I no longer experience acid reflux, high blood pressure or highsugar levels, and my cholesterol is lower. I have so much more respect for myselfand I can’t believe my energy level. I can’t thank you enough.

We had candles on the table and used the good silver. The fillet mignonsfor two had caramelized onions and sautéedmushrooms, as we sat down in view of thebright fireplace.

Reminiscences of the past year, andshared remembering of enjoyable eventsfilled the amiable conversation.

Midnight and the soft “clink” of twocrystal glasses, as we toasted in the newyear.

Heres to:The gift of joy to all we love.

Less hunger in the world.Impartial justice

Inspiring fidelity.

More equality.Being kind and slow to anger.

New friendshipsPeace to the troubled.

To share our good will and fortunes.Cherish old friends.

Give us an influx of compassion. And may God bless and keep us all.
