marry me?' and now you are engaged. You have set the wedding date and

Capturing your “Remember When…” Moments

This is the biggest day of your life, so it has to be

perfect. Once you have decided on the flowers,

looked at a dozen or more dresses, found the

venue, you will need someone to capture the

moments and details for you. Through the work

we do, and the images we capture, we be able to

tell the story of this important day in your life. We

only accept a limited number of weddings a year

to ensure that you feel more like a friend and less

like a client. We promise that by the time your

wedding day arrives we will be the last

thing on your mind. Our coverage will

always be about you and your big day.

Because you can have 2 Lead

Photographers at your wedding, one for

you and one for your Groom, we will

capture the moments that you see and

experience together and apart that day.

Ordering prints Q&A’s

Q) How do we order prints from you?

A) You and your guests can order regular

prints directly through an online ordering

gallery or call us directly with the image

number from your website. To order

gallery wraps or prints larger than an

8X10 or specialty items please call us

directly.

Q) When will I get my order?

A) Generally, you should have your images

within two weeks of placing your order.

Q) Can we order prints through you later?

A) Definitely, we only use professional labs

that produce amazing products that can’t

be matched. If you would like to leave the

printing to us just let us know!

Q) Are the photos on the disk edited?

A) Yes of course, each image will have

archival editing and balancing. They are not

images straight out of the camera. They are the same quality

images in your website gallery.

Q) If I buy the disk does that mean that I own the copyright?

A) No, what you get with the disk is a license to reproduce the

images anywhere you want. Debi Wolfe Photography retains all

copyrights to all photos. Your license does not include the right or

permission to sell, modify or enter your photos into any contest

without our expressed written consent. Let us know if you have any

questions on copyrights!

Archival Quality Digital Files:

Are DVD’s dead? Yes, at least for us. We make

you wedding portraits available to you either

as a digital download or

on a Flash Drive. So do

you want to make your

own prints, well then

OK. You want to be able

to upload your images

to Facebook, then start

tagging. Your Wedding Day Archival files come

in a wonderful image box with a print of each

digital image.

Why Both?

We want you to have the ability to share them

with friends and family everywhere digitally,

however we also want you

to have High Quality prints

of your images from that

day.

So go ahead, post them

anywhere and everywhere

and brag about how won-

derful your day was!

Custom designed albums Why should you get an album?

We just love to design albums and believe it’s the culmination of

the whole day, it’s how the story is told through your portraits. Our

album styling is very modern from the covers to the page layouts.

We don’t use templates, each page is individually custom designed,

to ensure that your album is truly one of a kind inside and out. You

can choose from a variety of cover options, colors, sizes and number of pages

available. Each album is a modern flush mount style album, our album pages are

not just prints mounted to a page or slipped into a matted sleeve. By using these

modern flush mounted albums we are able to tell the story of your wedding day

with large photos, panoramic spreads and fully customized covers.

How it works:

After we have fully edited your wedding day portraits, we will select between 50 &

100 images to tell the story of your wedding day. We will sort them by the time of

day and create each page to show the emotion as your wedding day unfolded.

There will be images that you each experience separately in the front, then

progress to the ceremony and the FIRST KISS. The remainder of the album will

show the celebration at the reception and can culminate with your leaving to begin

your life as a new couple. Once the album is created we will have a digital viewing

at our studio. You will proof the first edit, make any desired changes and then give

your final approval on the edits. Creating your album can take up to 2-3 months

after your wedding, but will be well worth it as you turn the pages and relive your

wedding day for many years to come.

Sierra

Sierra is the heart of our albums with its supple black leather and show-stopping metal image cover. Each page is hand-made and is perfect for clients seeking traditional elegance with modern charm.

Mosaic 10x10

The Mosaic Album Collection is our pre-mium album. This album comes with your choice multiple leathers & designed espe-cially for you.

Tuscany/Echo 10x10

The Tuscany & Echo Albums come with your choice of non-leather, leather,

smooth or canvas photo covers.

Memory 8X8

This modern coffee table album is a great way for budget-minded couples to show off their images.

We hope this information has answered some questions that you

may have and honestly we hope it has caused you to think of some others. We know that there are many factors to consider, and we are sure you will have some questions. Please feel free to ask us

whatever you want, no question is too small. When we say we love weddings we really mean it! There is no bigger day on OUR

calendar than YOUR wedding day.

When do we get to see our images?

We will schedule a viewing session for 5 weeks after your wedding day

for you to come in to view and order your images. This viewing can last

up to 1-3 hours, we won’t rush you through the images. After your

viewing, your images will be posted on your website for your guests to

view. However, we will try to post a couple sneak peeks on our blog.

Can we make payments?

Yes we can set up a payment plan to suit anyone's needs. Your

payments will follow a schedule similar to below, please contact us with

any questions.
