Buckinghamshire County Council School Improvement Service Deborah Whittle School Improvement Adviser [email protected] Deb has worked with all ages from 5-18years either as a teacher or an Adviser. She has been a Primary School Improvement Partner since 2007 so has an excellent understanding of whole school improvement work having worked with primary schools that have ranged from an OfSTED category to outstanding. she has worked as a lead and a team member in LA reviews (which are based on OfSTED lines)and with goveronrs on appointing Senior staff. Deb has trained extensively on Assessment for Learning across a range of ages, and in different LAs and countries. She has also successfully managed the Key Stage 1 assessment process for many years. Her key area of interest is how children learn and how this affects pedagogy.
