'Twas the night before Christmas, but there was no cheerNo Jingle bells jingled, no sound of reindeerThe word had got out that Santa was sick

There'd be no friendly visit from poor old St. Nick

The people were sad, no gaiety soundedFor Christmas had come, but Santa was grounded

He limped down the street, and what should he seeOn a sign was painted, Dr. Eder D.C.

Now Santa was not one to like a new tacticBut all else had failed, so he'd try chiropractic

He entered the clinic and saw at a glanceIn a place such as this, illness hasn't a chance

"It must be the hurry, the tension and allI simply can't seem to get on the ball

And Doc, take a look at the size of this packHave you any idea what it does to my back?"

Poor Santa was miserableHe was just barely able

With the help of the doctorTo get on the table

Dr. Eder was gentle, without fuss or tussleHe examined each vertebrae and relaxed every muscle

He spotted the trouble, and then with a clickStarted aligning the spine of the ailing St. Nick

In no time at all he felt no aches or painsHe picked up his pack and grabbed the reins

The air was a tingle with new fallen snowAnd a healthy Kris Kringle was rarin' to go

As he went out the door, he threw Cathy a kissWhy, it had been centuries since he'd felt as good as this!

Then once more he shouldered the bag full of toysHis heart overflowing with true Christmas joys!
